A SOREL gift card is a gift that is always welcome - a pair of boots, a pair of sandals, or whatever they pick themselves. Cards can be sent digitally or by mail.

Getting a gift card

Gift cards are arranged through our customer care team rather than through the checkout. Email [email protected] or call +1 352-745-9439 with the amount you would like, and we will take it from there.

Checking your balance

To see what is left on a card, contact customer care with the card number and the 4 digit PIN printed on the back of a physical card. We will confirm the balance for you.

Good to know

• Gift cards do not expire.
• They can be used towards anything on this site.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash or returned for a refund.
• If an order comes to less than the card value, the difference stays on the card for next time.
